A 24 hour helpdesk is available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

At weekends the helpdesk will close at 15:00hrs Saturday and reopen at 23:00hrs Sunday.

To dispute a charge on your VBS account (including No Show charges) please send your case in writing to either:
